We also deal with tax aspects of the tenancies and can provide advice for overseas landlords. We can advise you fully with all aspects of compliance (gas safety and the new repairing standards) and have excellent relationships with established local trade’s people.

To ensure that our landlords have a positive experience this means providing an excellent service for your tenant. We offer an emergency contact number throughout the year and assist your tenants to the best of our ability to ensure that their stay in your property is a pleasant and enjoyable experience.
